The championship football team Millwall has improved the fan experience by extending its long-standing association with Sodexo Live! as part of a multi-million-pound renovation of its hospitality, conference, and event facilities at The Den.
Since 2012, Sodexo Live! has been offering Millwall matchday retail catering services.
Beginning this summer with The 1885 Club and Chairman's Suite, the collaboration is now growing to provide a thorough makeover of The Den's premium rooms.
The club's hospitality offering will be reimagined under the new contract, with the assistance of Sodexo Live!'s experience in redesigning the available venues and packages.
"Our partnership with Sodexo Live! represents much more than a commercial agreement – it's a strategic decision aligned with our long-term vision for the club," stated Millwall FC managing director Mark Fairbrother.
"We are dedicated to providing a better experience for all fans, and this includes investing in The Den's infrastructure, raising the standard and variety of food and drink, and boosting the matchday atmosphere overall.
Sodexo Live! is a partner that shares our desire to provide genuine quality on and off the pitch. In particular, I want to express my gratitude to the staff members who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this intricate project a reality.
The club has reached a significant milestone, and this is a big step towards building a stadium experience that we can all be proud of.
"I want to express my sincere gratitude to every employee who helped make this intricate project a reality, especially those who put in many hours behind the scenes.
This is a significant turning point for the team and a step in the right direction towards building a stadium experience that we can all be proud of.
In order to provide a better food and beverage experience across the stadium, The Den's hospitality offering will be improved with the addition of new suites, updated conferencing and event packages, a revised menu, and more hospitality personnel.
