We begin by expressing our gratitude to all of the club's supporters for their support during the 2024–25 season. From a rough start to being on the verge of the playoffs to a difficult finish that saw us finish the season with the same number of points as in 2023–24, you were there.
Your support remained consistent during those highs and lows, packing out away ends and selling out home games. It is during challenging times that you get to know a fan base, and your support of the squad was a clear indication of your deep devotion to Queens Park Rangers Football Club.
As we collectively prepare for 2025–2026, that has been further demonstrated by our best season ticket sales during the Loyalty Window in ten years. Sincerely, thank you on behalf of all of us.
Even though the club greatly appreciates your support, you shouldn't take it for granted. We are adamant about demonstrating that we will not do it.
Martà Cifuentes was put on garden leave at the end of the previous season, which made things challenging. None of us wanted his time at QPR to come to an end, for sure.

None of us wanted his time at QPR to come to an end, for sure. As a Board, we would want to officially thank Martà for his hard work during his tenure, even though we are currently moving in different directions. Martà helped us become a Championship club going into the upcoming season.
We are thrilled to have secured the services of Alou Diarra as First Team Coach and Julien Stéphan as our new Head Coach as we look to the future. Even though they have only recently joined us, they have already adapted well and are making a difference.
We think it is crucial to have a strong structure around a head coach to support their efforts in order to lay a good basis for the future. We think this structure will enable Julien build on the excellent work that came before him, especially with coaches like Jon De Souza (Head of Methodology), Kevin Betsy (Individual Development Coach), and Steve Bould, who was recently hired as Head of Defensive Coaching & First Team Coach.
The Premier League Cup victory of our Development Squad was a true high point for all of us last season. Your support of the team that evening demonstrated your intense desire for victory, and it was an amazing evening at MATRADE Loftus Road.
We are thrilled with the progress made in this area, which included an amazing FA Cup journey in 2024–2025, since the Women's squad joined the club last season. We are thrilled about what can be accomplished in the upcoming years and have made a number of additions before the new season.
We thoroughly reviewed last year over the off-season to see what worked and what could be improved. We would like to reassure all of our supporters that we are making every effort to improve every area where it will benefit the team, both on and off the pitch.
Supporters will have observed that we have devoted more time and funds to acquiring younger players who we intend to incorporate into the first team environment. Long-term success of this plan will be essential to our development as an independent football team.
For young players to thrive and do great things with us, they require time, patience, and support. We are confident that you will contribute to the creation of that atmosphere for them.
Similar to this, last season we had players from abroad join us, and they all required some time to get used to their new environment. It is impossible to overstate the part you play in their successful transition to English football.
We kindly request your continued assistance in 2025–2026. As we want to remain as competitive as possible, we are now investigating fresh prospects off the pitch that we believe will enable QPR to make significant progress.
The QPR staff is putting in a great deal of effort to set the club for success. We would want to express our gratitude to all of the amazing individuals that toil away behind the scenes, frequently without the supporters' knowledge.
We are constantly in awe of their dedication and enthusiasm for QPR. We want to thank you again for your continued support of QPR. We are still fully committed to giving you a club in which you can take pride.
