With recent remarks, an NRL star questions St Helens' decision.

Canberra Raiders forward discusses a 2026 switch to the NRL or Super League.

He believes he has more to offer even after breaking the Raiders' all-time appearance record lately. He has been compelled to search for options elsewhere, both in the NRL and the Super League, as Canberra declined to renew his contract.

He went on: "It's obviously very special to hold the record for Canberra now and

pass Jason Croker down there with the most games for Canberra Raiders, and that's how I sort of want to keep it," he said.

However, you must clearly go elsewhere if the organisation you are playing for does not offer you a contract extension for the upcoming season and you wish to continue playing.

"You never say never." Whether it's in the Super League or the NRL, I still feel like I have a lot of football left in me.

Although it is still uncertain if he would join the Super League in 2026, he would provide strength and experience to whatever forward pack he joins. Related Subjects
