Jack Tucker joins Colchester United from MK Dons.

Jack Tucker has been signed by Colchester United from League Two opponents MK Dons.

After his contract with the Milton Keynes team expires, he joins the Essex club. The 25-year-old made more than 100 games in five years at Gillingham, where he started his career.

During this time, Hastings and Greenwich Borough had loan stints. For three consecutive seasons, he was selected Young Player of the Year. After relocating to MK Dons in 2022, Tucker made over 60 appearances.

He had a stint on loan at Colchester last season. "I really enjoyed my time here before, from January onwards, and I'm happy to have cemented my future here for the next couple of years," he said in response to the relocation.

"The players and staff are a fantastic group, and it seems like we already have that camaraderie in place."
